About Rockland Plumbing in Dallesport, WA

Journeyman-Licensed Plumbing in Dallesport and the Columbia River Gorge

Rockland Plumbing is a solo-operated, journeyman-licensed plumbing company serving Dallesport, WA and the surrounding communities of Klickitat and Skamania counties. Every job—from residential new construction to remodels to service work—is handled personally by the owner, start to finish.

In Washington State, a Journeyman Plumber license represents the highest of three licensing tiers available to individual plumbers. That credential matters because it reflects verified knowledge of plumbing code, system design, and installation standards—not just on-the-job experience alone. When you schedule with Rockland Plumbing, you're working directly with a fully licensed professional, not a subcontractor or helper.

The approach here is straightforward: show up when promised, do the work right, stand behind it, and call people back. Those habits sound basic, but in a rural market where options are limited and word travels fast, they're exactly what builds a lasting reputation.

Request A Call Back to connect with a licensed plumber who will actually pick up the phone.

Rockland Plumbing was built from scratch in a small, rural market—and in less than two years, consistent workmanship and reliable follow-through have already generated more demand than a single-person operation can always accommodate. That kind of growth, in a tight-knit area like the Columbia River Gorge, comes almost entirely from referrals and repeat calls. It doesn't happen by accident.

Dallesport and the communities along the Gorge span a wide geographic area with limited contractor options. Klickitat and Skamania counties are rural by nature—neighbors talk, and a plumber's reputation either holds up or it doesn't. Rockland Plumbing competes on reliability and workmanship, not on being the lowest bid.

Being a solo operation shapes every part of how work gets done. There's no front office relaying messages or dispatching someone you've never spoken to. Scheduling, installation, and cleanup are all handled by the same person—which means clearer communication, more consistent results, and someone who's accountable from the first call to the final walkthrough.

What to Expect When You Work with Rockland Plumbing

Old-school professionalism means the small things don't get skipped. Calls get returned. Arrival times are honored. The work area is left clean. These aren't selling points—they're just how a job should go. If something comes up or a detail needs to be addressed after the fact, Rockland Plumbing stands behind the work.
